Bnnyhunna (Benjamin Ankomah) is a Dutch/Ghanaian artist from Amsterdam, blending jazz, hip hop, R&B, and Afro influences. After learning piano, drums, and guitar in church, he developed a unique sound inspired by legends like Fela Kuti and Kendrick Lamar. Bnnyhunna has worked with artists such as Rimon, Jose James, and Asake, and gained recognition with his debut project ‘SINTHA’ (2021), leading to performances at North Sea Jazz and Montreux. His debut album ‘ECHOES OF PRAYER’ (2024) explores spirituality and has been featured by platforms like Rolling Stone Africa. As a composer, he won a Buma Award for his work on ‘Angry Young Men’ and is the frontman for the house band of 'That’s My Jam.'
