Born and raised in Brussels, Yannish draws significant inspiration from the diversity of his city. This versatility is reflected in his music, where he effortlessly shifts between different styles, striking a balance between introspection and high-energy celebration. His debut EP, Zwart/Wit, offers a glimpse into his internal thought processes—which often oscillate between self-destructive procrastination and obsessive, hard-driven work. For Yannish, music is far more than just a passion; it is his life’s purpose. This determination enabled him to realize one of his dreams: an appearance on the Dutch platform 101 Barz—placing him among the select few Belgians to have been featured there at such a young age.
Meanwhile, as part of the collective Brux, he has performed at the opening of the Wave stage at Pukkelpop, with two upcoming shows at the AB Club also on the horizon. He remains equally active as a solo artist, with his second EP slated for release in the spring of 2027—let the countdown begin!
